Local Insight from Frank & Fran’s
On the Outer Banks, airing down your tires is essential for safe beach driving. A set of automatic deflators—especially a 4-pack—can save time and make the process much easier when you're trying to get lines in the water quickly. We recommend airing down to 18-20 PSI. It is fine to stay aired down for the week and air up before you head home. We offer free air 24x7 on the north side of our building. Please roll the hose up after you are finished so that someone doesn't drive over the hose and damage the nozzle.
